I lost 9 lbs, lost 8% body fat, gained 7 lbs of lean body mass and took 5 inches off of my waist and 2 inches off of each thigh. I also had my first normal ECG! So of course, I was hooked on these machines. I took my last 30 lbs off with the machine and good eating. I went from size 24 to 8. I feel wonderful, the machine gives you energy.
There is also a light for chromatherapy, so that is why they call it total body fitness. 10 minutes on the Proellixe is equal to one hour of working out in the gym. I give my clients three free sessions to try the machine and everyone that has had their three free sessions, has joined. Of course you have clients that are not as dedicated as some but all in all the clients are all impressed with how they feel. It also helps people sleep, I have one client that had not slept through the night for 18 years and sleeps now. She has been here since I opened the shop.

I have 3 machines, 2 are mostly booked all day and I leave one open for people that drop in to try it or I am flexible with my clients so that they can just get in when they can for 10 minutes. I have people that have children and it is better to just bring them instead of getting a babysitter for 10 minutes, so the women are thrilled.
I had one lady come in on Dec 13 and wanted to get some weight and inches off before she left for Yuma for the winter. I have designed a program especially for women who want the same thing. They want to get the extra fat and cellulite off of the hips, thighs, and abdomen. Anyway, the Yuma client took off 10 ¼ inches in two weeks, never lost an ounce or gained an ounce but her clothes were just hanging off of her! She was thrilled and was hoping she could find a machine in Yuma to continue on.
